2.Q:  How do I know that you are a reliable supplier?
A: We are a Assessed Supplier of Made-in-china.com. Made-in-china as the third party to verify our factory and office to confirm, that we are a real and reliable supplier.

3.Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Usually we accept L/C, we may accept TT terms once keep long-term relationship later.

4.Q: What's the min order quantity?
A: Usually 300-500 pair per style/color, we will give you a discount for the large quantity,

5.Q: What's your lead time for bulk orders?
A: 30-45 days, or can be discussed.

6.Q: Can I use our own logo?
A: Of course it's okay. We offer OEM as well as ODM. It means we will customize as your requested logo, packing, color, designs, etc.

7.Q:Can I order 1 pc of sample to test the quality?
A:We may send 1 pc sample for free charge, but the transportation fee as customer expense.

8.Q: How's the quality control?
A: We have completely QC procedures & more than 30 years experience in making shoes.

9. Q: About size range?
A: Normally US size#6-11, EU #35-42, Asia#35-42 for women shoes.
