Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer process footwear more than 8 years.

Q2: Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have professional design & technique team with rich experience in development, we have done OEM orders for our customers with their specific requirements.

Q3: Do you offer free samples?
We only provide customized sample ,one piece for free , while, you're required to pay the freight.
For custom design, sample finish time is 7 work days.

Q4: What is your MOQ of the products?
The normal MOQ is 500 pairs per color, which can make your logo and packing.

Q5: What about the lead time for bulk production?

It will depend on the style and order quantity, while, normally, the lead time of MOQ orders will be 35 days after the
payment.

Q6: What is your payment terms ?
We accept western union , T/T , and Alibaba trade assurance payment . If you worried about the payment , you can choose Alibaba assurance payment , it will protect your money and delivery time and quality .
